It was a lot of fun shadowing the urologist today in the operating room. I was able to witness a couple of bladder biopsies, kidney stone removals and I also so an artificial sphincter placement procedure. I thought I was gonna get squeemish because of all the penis’ and vaginas with tubes going up their urethra’s and blood gushing out all up in my face when I was watching the surgeries, but it surprisingly didn’t bother me at all.

It’s funny because watching others’ surgical procedures didn’t scare me or make me feel sick, but the thought of my wisdom teeth extraction tomorrow makes me want to faint D:
